"I started taking Pauline's Zumba class after I had my 3rd and final son in July 2010. I started class in August weighing 232 pounds. I vowed to lose all the weight I had gained with back to back pregnancies and continue on my journey that started after my first son was born. My workouts soon became the only "me" time I had, and I enjoyed every second of those 60 minutes of class.
I fell in love with Zumba and with Pauline. She made the class feel so comfortable (for a not so comfortable person). Her passion and enthusiasm was contagious, and I found myself needing her positive energy in my weight loss journey. By December of 2010, after 4 months I had lost 20 pounds, and then Pauline brought R.I.P.P.E.D. to town.
I started R.I.P.P.E.D. in January of 2011, and was addicted. The class was just what I needed for my then 212 lb. body. I needed a challenge and to get some weight lifting in without going to a gym. I remember feeling intimidated that I wouldn't be very good at the class, but every week Pauline would reassure us that it was a class anyone could handle. After 3 months of R.I.P.P.E.D I have lost 24 lbs. and 15 inches. I also go to class every week feeling confident in my abilities and strong that I can do anything I put my mind to. I am currently 188 lbs. which is the skinniest I have ever known. I can credit alot of that to R.I.P.P.E.D. and Pauline for her passion for making other people's lives healthy and worth living.
Zumba was a great place to start for me, but R.I.P.P.E.D. is by far my favorite class. Pauline will always have a place in my heart as part of my journey. I can not wait to use R.I.P.P.E.D. to get these next 50lbs off!"

"After the birth of my son, I had a really hard time losing any of the baby weight that I had gained. In fact, I added an extra 5 lbs. on top of the 20 I had already gained! A friend of mine had told me of a class called R.I.P.P.E.D. that she was attending, and invited me to join her on Tuesday. After the first class, I was hooked!! It was exactly what I needed to jump start my system. Within 6 short weeks, I have lost 10 lbs. (Iâ€™m still working on the rest) and have toned up all over, but more importantly, I feel great! This is a fantastic class, and I look forward to it every Tuesday and Thursday."

"I have been attending Pauline's Zumba class for the last 6 months and I absolutely love it. Pauline makes it so much fun. One day she mentioned she was beginning a new class called R.I.P.P.E.D., and if we wanted to take our fitness up to the next level she highly recommended it.
Let me give you a little background on myself. I am 47 year-old mother who started going through menopause at the early age of 38! Yes, it was a shock for me! I also started having problems with arthritis in my hands, wrists, hips, and knees. I have osteoporosis, and I have many problems with my spine. So I was a little apprehensive if I could do this new R.I.P.P.E.D. class. I was excited with the progress I had seen from doing the Zumba class, so I thought I would give the R.I.P.P.E.D. class a try.
I am so happy to tell you that since I started the R.I.P.P.E.D. class (approx. two months ago), I have lost 5 inches all over my body. While I lost some inches and was toning up with Zumba, I have really noticed the biggest inch loss since I started doing the R.I.P.P.E.D. class. I love the strength I feel in my body. I feel more powerful than I have felt in many years. It is a great feeling! Plus, I am going to get a new wardrobe soon as my clothes no longer fit!

"I would like to begin by stating that I've always been in decent shape, and I have played sports throughout my working career. However, since retiring, golf hasn't been sufficient to maintain my carb intake. Consequently, before I began R.I.P.P.E.D., I was able to do three push-ups (I could do 20 in my younger days). I began my R.I.P.P.E.D. program when Pauline Brown started the program in Windsor, CO approximately three months ago. I would like to announce that I can almost complete the entire push-up portion of the program. I consider this a great accomplishment since less than three months ago I could only do three push-ups!"
