Personal Training

Our personal trainers are exercise professionals with the knowledge and experience to offer advice and guidance in the areas of exercise and fitness.  We can assist you by designing a safe and effective exercise program to help you reach your personal goal whether it is weight loss, exercise performance and/or  improved wellness. 


One-on-one or buddy training (up to four individuals) available.  We also offer sports specific training, event training (5k, mud runs etc.) and boot camp classes. 

All trainers hold both an accredited national fitness certification and a specialized personal training certification. Pauline Brown is also a Venice Nutrition Coach and Dotfit certified coach for diet and nutrition.
