R.I.P.P.E.D/RUMBLE is a unique combination of muscle conditioning from the R.I.P.P.E.D. format (Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, Diet and Nutrition) and mixed martial arts from the RUMBLE by R.I.P.P.E.D format. Each major muscle group will be challenged with dumbbells, bands and or body weight. In Rumble (M.M.A), you will emulate real word M.M.A techniques from stick fighting to boxing. This is sure to get your heart rate fired up. You will also use a weapon; The rumble stick to create higher degree of training and is an extension of your body, which enhances spatial awareness and overall movement.

It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. This class will also include the TRX Rip Trainer™, laser-focused on improving core strength and rotational power while boosting endurance with a cardio element.
